Bingebox’s Bits and Bobs.

Life has been busy of late, I spent last week experiencing the holiday of a life time in Disneyworld Florida (first time in the USA) and the weeks before that just getting all excited for it. Now I’m home and the laptop screen looks weird and my keyboard feels strange. I hate it when that happens. Anyway, that’s why I’ve been a little sparse on the reviews this past month. However, seeing that blot of time lapse on the blog makes me feel the need to post at least something; so here it is.

BingeBox Wants: Books on Television

Do you know what I’m sick of? Picking up a brilliant book, loving it to the bindings and back, only to be overly disappointed by the film adaptation that follows not long after. I am by no means alone, I can safely say that there are millions of book readers out there who will vouch that nine times out of ten, Hollywood just doesn’t know how to take care of a popular book series when putting it to the screen.

I had no idea that this adorable little award existed in the blogging community and not only that but for it to have the best name for an award imaginable. I mean, who doesn’t love dragons? I love dragons! I’m from Wales, our national flag has a whopping red dragon on it.

I certainly wasn’t expecting this, I haven’t been blogging for very long but I must say I have felt very welcomed by all those who actually take time to read my reviews, like and comment. Starting up this blog was a hopeful venture for me, I wanted somewhere to talk about all the amazing television shows I find without bugging my family constantly.
